Welcome to the Rose of Sharon Soup Kitchen and Thrift Store web site!  We are a non-profit, 501c3, non-denominational ministry to the homeless and needy in Huntsville, Alabama.  We serve two meals daily, Monday through Friday and on Saturday's we serve one big meal.   We also offer monthly clothing assistance to those in need, and in the colder months, we supply  them with blankets, coats, hats, scarves and gloves, to help them stay warm. 

It is our desire to not only help the homeless and needy with food and clothing, but to help them to turn their lives around for the glory of God. 

We offer weekly bible studies, teaching people how to apply the Word of God to their daily life; whatever situation they may be in.  We discuss past hurts, emotions and relationships, Godly finances, walking in victory, and being all that God has called you to be.  Our bible studies are Wednesday's at 11:00 AM, and all are welcome to attend!
